Directions to our Libertyville Office: The Libertyville Office is located at 755 S. Milwaukee Avenue. From the Loop, take I-90/I-94 west towards Milwaukee, left on Townline Road, then north on Milwaukee Avenue to the Condell Medical Building. From the North, take I-294 (Tristate Tollway) (east) to Buckley Road, continue on Milwaukee Avenue to the Condell Medical Building. From the Northwest, take IL-83 south to Buckley Road, continue on to Peterson Road, then take a right on Milwaukee Avenue to the Condell Medical Building. From the West, take I-355 north to I-290 West, then continue north on IL-53 to IL-83 North, then turn right on Townline Road, then north on Milwaukee Avenue to the Condell Medical Building. From the South, take I-90/I-94 west towards Milwaukee, US-41 north to Waukegan, left on Townline Road, then north on Milwaukee Avenue to the Condell Medical Building.
