Paul Papierski, MD

Dr. Papierski completed residency training in orthopedic surgery at the University of Illinois, and was board-certified in Orthopedics in 1995. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Hand Surgery at Loma Linda University in southern California and was board-certified in Hand Surgery in 1996. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Papierski performs independent medical examinations and is board-certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners, specializing in evaluation of upper extremity disorders and injuries to the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. He also speaks medical Spanish.

Dr. Papierski recently returned from military service with the United States Air Force, having been called to active duty in response to the events of September 11, 2001. He is now retired from military duty.
